Training employees for OSH activities
When hiring a new employee or transferring a worker to another position, every employer is obligated to conduct OSH training. Employer has the same obligation when introducing changes to its operations, in relation to new technologies and work processes. Employee training consists of theoretical and practical parts.
The theoretical part of OSH training entails the making of a training plan and programme, while the practical part entails educating employees about OSH measures and what to do in risky situations.
