Security Officer – Embassy Operations (Diplomatic Environment)
SM Security is expanding its team of security professionals for engagement in the protection of diplomatic and consular institutions in Belgrade. The position involves working in a structured, high-security environment requiring professionalism, discretion, and adherence to strict operational protocols.
Job Description:
• Access control and management of Embassy premises
• CCTV monitoring and security systems supervision
• Patrol and preventive security duties (internal and perimeter)
• Visitor screening and reception security procedures
• Incident response and reporting in accordance with protocols
• Coordination with shift team and security supervision
• Compliance with diplomatic security procedures and instructions

Requirements
• Candidates must be citizens of the Republic of Serbia with registered residence in the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with Article 12 of the Law on Private Security of the Republic of Serbia.
• Candidates must meet all legal requirements for obtaining and holding a valid private security license in the Republic of Serbia.
• Previous experience in physical security, corporate security, or critical infrastructure protection.
• Valid private security license (armed security services where applicable).
• Ability to work in shifts (24/7 operational model).
• Functional operational English language skills (ability to communicate in professional security context).
• High level of discipline, discretion, and responsibility.
• Clean criminal record and high reliability profile.
• Experience in diplomatic or high-security environments is an advantage.
• Candidates must meet all legal requirements for obtaining and holding a valid private security license in the Republic of Serbia.
