If you participate in a prize game or contest organized by SM Security, SM Security collects and processes your personal data, namely: name and surname, phone number, email address, residential address, JMBG or passport registration number (only for winners in a prize game in a bet with a legal requirement), the date of participation, the selection of the prize winner, that is, the winner of the prize competition. SM Security processes such personal data exclusively for the purposes of implementing the prize game or prize competition, contacting the participants, informing and delivering the prize to the winner/winner. SM Security collects and stores data about winners and prize games in order to fulfill the legal obligation of the organizer of the game of chance to maintain the records of the winners and submit the records to the competent authority.
