SM Security processes such personal data exclusively for the purposes of implementing the prize game or prize competition, contacting the participants, informing and delivering the prize to the winner/winner. SM Security collects and stores data about winners and prize games in order to fulfill the legal obligation of the organizer of the game of chance to maintain the records of the winners and submit the records to the competent authority.
